Associate - Asset Finance

This Magic Circle International law firm is looking for a Corporate Tax Lawyer, 5+ years PQE, to join their Tier 1 ranked City of London team as a Senior Associate.

The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Charities Associate with 1-5 years PQE to join this top 10 law firm in London.

The bulk of the work is to structure, document and negotiate innovative transactions combining different sources of financing including secured lending, tax and operating leasing, export credit finance, PPP/PFI and Islamic finance.

The work will include helping to structure and implement innovative products combining different sources of financing, including secured lending, tax and operating leasing, export credit finance, PPP/PFI and Islamic finance.

The team works with clients across a spread of fields, including; Aircraft, Maritime, Rail, Infrastructure, and Defence Assets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
